Set in the beautiful conservation village of Thorganby near York, Country Living Campsite gives you the chance to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy the country life.

An adult only site, we offer a quieter alternative to a large campsite with 12 pitches tucked behind a conservation village with a direct 30 minute bus ride into York centre Monday- Saturday.

There are a network of footpaths around the village ideal for leisurely strolls.  The village boasts a fishing lake, which can be reached via a footpath from the site.    The Wenlock Arms and Cafe Valeria in the neighbouring village of Wheldrake can be reached via footpath across fields and the renowned eatery, Drovers Arms, Skipwith is within a 2 mile cycle.

Please note that the site has been updated 2021 to half grass, half gravel pitches with gravel access road .  

Unfortunately we do not have a license for tents.
